Shipping costs for purchases less than € 35.00 are € 3.00. For purchases over € 35.00, shipping costs are FREE
How do I know that my order was successfully completed?

When will my order be delivered?
Orders arrive at your place in 1-3 working days. During periods of holidays, discounts or unexpected weather conditions the order may be delayed. In case the recipient is not located, the parcel is located in the nearest ELTA courier store in its area. In addition, the buyer can at any time monitor the progress of the parcel using the shipping code given to him/her at the time the order is completed.
How can I return a product?
In case the customer wishes to change the product, he has the right, according to article 4, par. 10 of law 2251/94, to do so within 15 days from the moment he/she received it, provided that the product is not used. The charge for the change is 5€. * In case the change is due to a defect, the change is free.
The procedure is as follows:
-First, you state your request to [email protected] by writing the code and the number of the product you have and the new code/number you want. A prerequisite is to send a photo to verify the condition of the product. You can also tell us by phone at 2382029124 Monday to Saturday 9-5.
- Then we send you again what you want with a new shipping code and the exchange takes place at your place with the transport clerk.
* In case there is a price difference in the change, the following is done:
- a) if the new product is more expensive, give the extra amount, along with the cost of the change, to the transport clerk.
- b) if the new product is cheaper, we return the difference to a bank account that you will tell us, or if you wish in the package of the change that we will send you (always offsetting the cost of the change).
Can my order be canceled?
In case the customer regrets his/her order and wants to cancel it, he/she has the right to do so, either by phone at 2382029124 (Monday-Saturday, 9-5) or by message to [email protected], provided that the shipping process has not started. If it has, it is subject to the PRODUCT RETURN procedure.
Do you give a refund?
In case the customer wishes to return his product, he/she has the right to do so, according to article 4, par. 10 of law 2251/94, within 15 days from the moment he/she received it, provided that it is not used and is in its original condition as received.
The procedure is as follows:
