CHANGE
In case the customer wishes to change the product, he/she has the right, according to article 4, par. 10 of law 2251/94, to do so within 15 days from the moment he/she received it, provided that the product is not used. The charge for the change is 5€. * In case the change is due to a defect, the change is free.
The procedure is as follows:
-First, you declare your request to [email protected] by writing the code and the number of the product you have and the new code/number you want. A prerequisite is to send a photo to verify the condition of the product. You can also tell us by phone at 2382029124 Monday to Saturday 9-5.
- Then we send you again what you want with a new shipping code and the exchange takes place at your place with the transport clerk
* In case there is a price difference in the change, the following is done:
- a) if the new product is more expensive, give the extra amount, along with the cost of the change, to the transport clerk.
- b) if the new product is cheaper, we return the difference to a bank account that you will tell us, or if you wish in the package of the change that we will send you (always offsetting the cost of the change).
RETURN
In case the customer wishes to return his/her product, he/she has the right to do so, according to article 4, par. 10 of law 2251/94, within 15 days from the moment he/she received it, provided that it is not used and is in its original condition as received.

-Then, if the original condition of the product is ascertained, you return it to us with its packaging with the transport of your choice and at your own charge. * In case the return is due to a defect of the product, you return it with our charge to an ELTA courier store giving the code that we will tell you.
-Then, after you send us a photo of the return receipt, within 3 days, we deposit the value of the product in a bank account that you will give us.
ORDER CANCELATION
In case the customer regrets his/her order and wants to cancel it, he/she has the right to do so, either by phone at 2382029124 (M-S, 9-5 a.m.) or by message to [email protected], provided that the shipping process has not started. If it has, it is subject to the PRODUCT RETURN procedure.
CYPRUS
CHANGE

-We return the value of the product to your bank account within 3 days from when we receive the package.
*In the event that the return is due to a defect in the product, you return it at our expense to an ELTA courier store using a code that you will recieve from us.
-Then, after you send us a photo of the return receipt, within 3 days, we deposit the value of the product into a bank account that you will give us.
